Job Description

This is a transformational, hands-on role requiring close collaboration with multiple Agile development teams to accelerate and modernize software delivery through automation, cloud-native technologies, and AI-driven insights. We are looking for a Senior Node.js Developer with deep expertise in AWS Serverless technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Containers, CI/CD automation, and API developmentand a forward-thinking mindset to explore and implement Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions.

You will work at the intersection of DevOps and AI, bringing together cloud-native development with cutting-edge innovations in ML and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive meaningful change in real-world applications.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience as a code-contributing member in Agile software teams.

Expert-level proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful API development.

Experience with Confluent Kafka for event-driven architecture and data streaming

Advanced knowledge of AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, Fargate, etc.

Intermediate understanding of CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket), and integration with quality/security tools.

Proficiency in MongoDB and NoSQL technologies for scalable data design

Strong knowledge of networking, IAM security, and deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, A/B).

Generative AI & Machine Learning:

Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and transformer architectures.

Proficiency in MongoDB and NoSQL technologies for scalable data design

Familiarity with frameworks such as AWS Bedrock Services

Experience in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs and transformer models.

Understanding of responsible AI, ML model lifecycle, explainability, and HITL systems. null
