Job Description
An employer in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a Secret RF Lead Engineer for a contract to hire opportunity. This candidate is going to research, design, develop, test, or supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use. Employ knowledge of electrical theory and materials properties. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies. Will be sought out as the SME on customer projects for input and technical direction. Is required to sit on site 5 days/week and hold an active Secret security clearance.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors Degree (Electrical Engineering or STEM preferred)
7+ years of experience in electrical engineering or physics
Active Secret Security Clearance
Experience with RF antennas/track filters
Knowledge of RF and radar systems
Experience with MATLAB and Python (C++ highly preferred) Experience acting as domain expert in an integrated product team, developing computer-based models and simulations
Experience in multidisciplinary teams, developing computer-based models and simulations
Knowledge of foreign ground C4 systems such as artillery, electronic warfare, or air defense systems
Knowledge of foreign ground combat systems null
