Job Description

A financial services client is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their growing team in Manhattan. This person should have strong experience as a DevOps Engineer having an extensive background in a Linux/Windows environment. Senior DevOps Engineer will play a critical role in their IT department, responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our infrastructure. This position requires a deep understanding of both Windows and Linux environments, as well as experience with cloud migration and automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Skills and Requirements

-Min 5 years as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on both Windows and Linux environments

-Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud migration projects

-Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

-Ability to work autonomously

-Excellent communication skills

-Hybrid onsite 2 days/week -Financial services industry experience null
