    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer for a large company based in Saint Paul, Minnesota metro. In this role, you will be responsible for AI Platform Engineering and Operations, design and maintain AWS infrastructure supporting data platforms, collaborate with other IT engineers with cross-platform support and alignment and partner with data science, devops, analytics and other teams to create use cases leveraging AI platforms and data infrastructure.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5 years of experience in data or platform engineering roles

     

    - Expertise in AI platform operations and cloud infrastructure

     

    - Dataiku or other platforms used for building, deploying and managing data and AI projects experience (the set up and administration)

     

    - Experience with AWS AI/ML services (examples Bedrock, Comprehend, IDP workflows and Textract)

     

    - OpenAI API/platform integration experience and security management

     

    - Understanding of enterprise TCO management, DR/HA architecture and platform landscape management - Experience with AWS infrastructure/services (examples EC2, ES, IAM, VPCs Lambda, S3 and SSM)

     

    - Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) or ability to script in Python and/or Bash

    - Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) containerization, and enterprise observability (CloudWatch, Prometheus) null
