ICP Group is seeking a creative and versatile Videographer/Graphic Designer to join our team and support the increasing demand for high-quality video and visual content across our three business units. This dual-role position requires a hands-on, conceptual thinker who can plan, shoot, edit, and produce compelling video content while also developing graphic design assets aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, skilled in both digital video production and design, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Create engaging and visually appealing video content for marketing campaigns, in-store selling, social media, training, and other platforms.

+ Design and produce high-quality graphics for various media including print, digital, and social platforms.

+ Collaborate with the marketing team Brand Managers and Digital Manager to develop strategies and creative concepts.

+ Work with the sales teams to gather assets and prioritize needed content.

+ Travel to job sites to take video footage and photography.

+ Edit and enhance video footage to ensure high production value.

+ Develop motion graphics and animations to complement video content.

+ Work with the Brand Managers to maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.

+ Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

+ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and videography work.

+ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

+ Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

+ Strong understanding of motion graphics and animation principles.

+ Excellent visual storytelling skills.

+ Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and creative thinking skills.

+ Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills.

+ Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer visits, trade shows, and other content-gathering activities.

+ Experience with 3D design and animation software preferred.

+ Knowledge of web design and development preferred.

+ Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements preferred.
