    Your Future Role

    + Prepare and issue customer quotations based on inquiries received via CRM, e-mails, phone, or EDI.

    + Ensure all quotations are aligned with internal pricing policies, margin targets, and contractual terms.

    + Work with customers and internal areas to manage Request for Quotes and deliver quotes on time.

    + Maintain accurate quotation records and follow up on pending or expired quotes.

    + Analyze Purchase Orders data to release them to the booking.

    + Analyze product costs, customer requirements, and lead times to develop competitive pricing.

    + Coordinate with procurement, engineering, sales, and finance teams to gather necessary data.

    + Communicate directly with customers and affiliates regarding quote status, price changes, or required adjustments.

    + Monitor pricing discrepancies and collaborate with relevant teams to update price lists and resolve inconsistencies.

    + Provide feedback and support during pricing reviews, quotation projects, tenders, or commercial negotiations.

    + Update ERP systems with quotation data and ensure compliance with internal documentation standards.

    + Continuously seek process improvements to enhance quotation accuracy and turnaround time.

    Your Profile

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

    + 2-5 years of experience in quotation, pricing, and order processing.

    + Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP)

    + Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.)

    + Working knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365 etc).

    + Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    + Customer-oriented mindset with attention to accuracy and detail.

    + Problem-solving and negotiation skills

    + Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, logistics, finance)

    + Tracking of Proposal KPIs and support for improvement measures

     

    The pay range for this position is $38,600 to $71,800. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
