    **Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Senior Principal Project Management.** This position will support our security organization in developing, tracking and managing project, operational and capital budgets. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Serve as a liaison between security teams and various internal teams including Global Supply Chain, Business Management, Accounts Payable and other organizations.

    Basic Qualifications for Level 4 Senior Principal Project Management:

    + Active Secret with ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret.

    + Bachelor’s degree 8+ years’ experience in developing, tracking and managing projects, operational and capital budgets or 6+ years with a Masters. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s

    + Experience with S/4 Hana, COGNOS, E-Catalogs, Purchasing Cards, Meeting Cards and other financial applications/tools.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office tools suite; the ability to create, manage, and manipulate the tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word

    + Experience in conducting financial analysis in an operations environment and/or business management.

    + Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously

    + Experience interfacing with all levels of employees and leadership

    + Ability to analyze security requirements against supplier responses.

    + Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects within critical deadlines.

    + Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills are required.

    + Ability to travel as required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Active Top-Secret clearance.

    + 5+ years of experience supporting a security related statement of work.

    + S/4 Hana Reporting & Analytics

    + SAP AG Business Objects Analysis for MS Office experience

     

    Salary Range: $108,400.00 - $162,600.00

     

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

     

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
