    JOB SUMMARY:

    Under direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the Clinical Hem/Oncology Pharmacist provides services to physicians and nurses in hematology and oncology patient care units, as well as to pharmacy and other healthcare personnel.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    1. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Masters Degree in Accredited School of Pharmacy.

    2. Minimum of 3 (three) years oncology pharmacy experience, or oncology pharmacy residency.

    3. Must possess a New York State Pharmacy License

    4. Oncology Board Certification or Board eligible

    Working Conditions:

    Manual: significant manual skills/motor coord & finger dexterity

    Occupational: Some occupational risk

    Physical Effort: Sedentary/light effort. May exert up to 10 lbs. force
