    Responsibilities:

    As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the trusted link between our customers and technicians—delivering a premium, personalized experience every time. Your role is key in helping our guests maintain the unmatched performance and luxury of their Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

     

    + Greet customers and consult with them about their vehicle needs and concerns

    + Confirm warranty and service contract coverage

    + Prepare detailed repair orders and cost estimates for materials, supplies, and labor

    + Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs

    + Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle, including completion times and any changes

    + Manage customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction

    + Coordinate with technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency

    + Promote ongoing service offers and Mercedes-Benz maintenance benefits

    Qualifications:

    + Experience as a Service Advisor (preferred)

    + Background as an automotive technician is a plus

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Team-focused attitude with a passion for excellence

    + Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
