    Defines, configures, tests, trains, and supports business-related information technology requirements and systems. Collaborating with Group and Division subject matter experts and vendors, leads or co-leads single technology or regional IT projects with accountability for completing on time, budget, and meeting expectations.

    There are five positions available:

    + Order-to-Cash/Financeareas, supporting our Customer Service, Finance, and Operations teams.

    + Procure-to-Payareas supporting our Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Warehousing, and Operations teams.

    + Plan-to-Produceareas supporting our Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and Operations teams. (Two positions available)

    + Record-to-Reportareas for our Sales and Distribution, Materials Management teams.

     

    All positions are located in Cary, NC, with a regular work schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

     

    Provide SAP configuration and integration expertise with the SAP modules relevant to the role (Sales & Distribution, Financial Accounting, Materials Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Controlling). Provide day to day support for SAP ECC6 Eco-System, and SAP S/4 implementations.

     

    Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and procedures to effectively identify and implement IT solutions. Actively engage key business partners to identify/validate opportunities, ensure alignment with business strategies and define functional area roadmap.

     

    Plan, manage and implement projects in the business systems and ERP space. Develop, document, communicate, and validate business and technical requirements. Ensure all are met during the project delivery process. Define project requirements by identifying project schedule, milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establish and manage project budgets.

     

    Collaborate with users and peers to provide functional and technical support. Resolve complex user reported issues in a timely manner.

     

    Lead implementation of corporate and division initiatives and actively participate on teams. Create operational documentation and KPI metrics. Perform system, interface, and batch monitoring.

     

    Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met.

     

    Conduct knowledge transfer and training to business users and IT team, including sharing best practices. Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy.

     

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or other closely related field.

     

    Four or more years of experience integrating business function responsibilities with business analysis expertise. Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP ECC or S4 HANA application and modules (e.g., SD, FI, MM, PP, WM, CO), particularly those relevant to the role.

     

    Knowledge of application and system integration methods and computing environments.

     

    Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.

     

    Capability to lead project teams and manage systems development lifecycle.

     

    Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.
