Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead our automated testing initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automated test frameworks with a focus on Playwright for end-to-end testing. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do:
+ Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright and other modern testing tools
+ Create comprehensive test plans and strategies for new features and products
+ Implement reliable end-to-end, integration, and UI tests that provide meaningful coverage
+ Establish testing best practices, standards, and methodologies across the organization
+ Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast, reliable feedback
+ Analyze test results, track defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues
+ Mentor junior QA engineers and promote a quality-focused culture
+ Evaluate and recommend new tools and approaches to improve testing efficiency
What You Need to Have for the Role:
+ Minimum 4+ years in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years focused on automated testing
+ Strong proficiency with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, etc.)
+ Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and their applications
+ Solid programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript
+ Experience with test reporting tools and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
+ Knowledge of API testing frameworks and principles
+ Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Pay Range:
$66,500.00-$97,000.00 Annual
