Summary
In collaboration with the National, Key, and Regional Sales Teams, the Sales Operations Sr Support Specialist will provide excellent sales support, system administration, and analytical insight to drive sales success that ensure sales targets are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Sales Operations Sr Support Specialist is responsible for managing customer pricing and contract details within the Sales tools, including Salesforce.
As the primary support personnel on the Sales Operations team for the Sales organization, this role provides critical administrative, entry, and system management for a wide variety of team members, including pricing and contract analysis, under the direction of the Sr. Director of Sales Operations.
Success in this role requires critical attention to detail skills and ability to work with accuracy and precision under tight timelines.
Responsibilities
+ Review and audit customer proposals, contracts, and Salesforce entries
+ Enter, audit and correct data while verifying accuracy and adherence to transaction procedure
+ Help define, revise and articulate proper transaction procedure for contractual rate increases, and contract renewals
+ Ensure contracting process adheres to Company’s Delegation of Authority requirements
+ Document and apply formal, best practice methodologies to develop and implement contract strategies to support business processes
+ Manage contract software in Salesforce. Ensure all data is accurate and updated
+ Manage compliance websites to ensure insurance is up to date with customers
+ General administrative duties for the sales organization
+ Determine KPIs and leveraging them to identify customer account growth/health
+ Provide legal support in a limited capacity. Also knowing when to leverage our legal department when needed. IE questions around contract language and the creation of contract documents.
+ Resolve issues proactively for the business segment within Revenue Ops systems, tools, and processes. Think strategically and act practically to ensure sustainability and usability of systems.
+ Work with cross functional departments (Finance, IT, Billing) to standardize and optimize the process.
+ Assist in sales tools optimization including Salesforce, Outreach, and others. Drive and implement best practice utilization of data.
Requirements
+ Strong to expert level mathematical, analytical, and quantitative skills.
+ Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
+ Expert in Excel, including complex functions to manipulate and calculate data for analysis.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
+ Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
+ Ability be creative and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
+ High level of detail orientation.
+ Self-motivated, driven collaborator, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to take ownership.
+ Resourceful, ability to self-manage, high sense of accountability.
+ 2 to 3 years minimum of Sales operations experience with focus on sales operations
+ BA / BS degree or equivalent experience required.
