Aetna is one of the largest Medicare and Individual and Family plan carriers in the United States and supports over 6 million members on its core Administrative (Billing, Enrollment, and Claims) platforms. As the Product leader for these platforms, you will be leading the strategic roadmap, capability and KPI definition to administer benefits for this population. Not only will you get to deeply engage in core developed applications and integrations, you will also be serving a key leadership role in engaging with and defining product roadmaps for key vendor partners that we use to deliver services to our members across this domain.
Responsibilities:
+ Develops and executes the strategic vision for a comprehensive array of products that align with the company's overall goals and objectives for patient healthcare and wellness.
+ Identifies market opportunities, conducts market research, and defines product roadmaps to capitalize on current healthcare product advances and achievements in the industry.
+ Leads the end-to-end product development process to deliver high-quality, clinically proven products that meet customer needs.
+ Conducts thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, including the competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to drive product innovation and differentiation.
+ Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and gather key feedback in order to ultimately ensure alignment with specific product strategies and initiatives.
+ Develops and maintains a product roadmap that outlines the prioritization, sequencing, and timelines for product enhancements and new product launches.
+ Facilitates collaboration and communication among team members to ensure effective execution and delivery of products.
+ Drives successful product launches to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and customer adoption plans.
+ Analyzes product performance metrics, customer feedback and expectations, and market data to assess the success of products in meeting business goals and client healthcare needs.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience with the following
+ Product management role shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch
+ Strong technical acumen to drive features with technical requirements
+ Background with Agile and ideally SAFe specifically
+ Detail oriented, manages risk and deliverable timelines
+ Clear and compelling in written and spoken communication, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage simultaneously competing priorities
+ Technical product leadership
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$175,100.00 - $334,750.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
