    Description

    Robert Half Financial Services are hiring for a Client Solutions Senior Associate role for a growing global Private Credit Investment firm located in midtown Manhattan New York. Our client requires 3+ years Investor Relations, Fundraising or Client Relations experience within Institutional Asset Management or an Endowment. The candidate must have knowledge of Impact Investing, Financial Inclusion, Private Credit or Asset Based Finance. The role requires 3-4 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office.

     

    The Client Solutions professional will report into the Head of Client Solutions located in New York and assist the team with investor relations, business development, fundraising and fund strategy categories.

    Responsibilities:

    + Support the Client Solutions team with reporting and other interaction with the firm’s limited partners and prospective limited partners.

    + Assist in creating IR, fundraising and business development deliverables including responses to LP queries, presentations, reports, due diligence questionnaires, data rooms, quarterly updates, annual letters, group updates, etc.

    + Cultivate relationships with institutional investors, consulting firms and family offices which allocate to impact and private credit investment strategies.

    + Assist the team with organizing events, planning trips, attending conferences, investor meetings, and other related functions.

    + Attend impact/investment conferences and events and join meetings/calls with limited partners and prospects.

    + Assist with IR/operational tasks as needed such as subscription and redemption processes for limited partners.

    + Assist with providing support to the broader firm as needed.

    + Update and maintain prospective and existing LP records in the firm’s CRM and liaising with various fund service providers.

    + Participate in firm and NYC office events.

    + Travel as needed.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years Investor Relations, Fundraising or Client Relations experience within Institutional Asset Management or an Endowment

    + Knowledge of Impact Investing, Financial Inclusion, Private Credit or Asset Based Finance

    + Experience with investment consultants, institutional investors such as endowments, foundations and family offices

    + Strong communication and written skills required

    + Bachelor Degree with GPA 3.5+

     

    The Client Solutions Senior Associate role requires 3-4 days per week in the midtown Manhattan office, so please only apply if you are able to travel to this location, have relevant experience for the role and are eligible to work in the United States.
