    Robert Half is currently seeking a Bilingual Release of Information Clerk to join one of our industry leading healthcare clients. The Bilingual Release of Information Clerk opening is a long-term opportunity in San Bernardino. CA. Our client is seeking an individual who is bilingual in Spanish and English with a desire to offer an excellent patient experience while properly safeguarding protected healthcare information.

     

    How you will make a different!

     

    + Greet patients and visitors within the office.

    + Assist patients, guardians, legal professionals, and medical professionals with the process of requesting medical records.

    + Review release of information requests for accuracy and required information.

    + Release records to authorized personnel.

    + Answer phone calls regarding the release of information process.

    + Other responsibilities to be assigned.

    Requirements

    + 1+ years of Medical Records or Release of Information experience

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish

    + Experience with EMR systems

    + Next of kin verification a plus
