    Financial Reporting Coordinator

     

    Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, with potential to stretch to $75,000 plus an 8% bonus

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our client's team. This role will primarily focus on month-end activities, general ledger management including account reconciliations, intercompany accounts, and balance sheet items, as well as proficiency in creating journal entries.

    Requirements:

    + Must have experience in month-end close processes

    + Proficiency in SAP and Excel

    + Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

    + 3-5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or similar roles (no new graduates)

    Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

     

    • Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

    • Experience with general ledger management and bank reconciliations.

    • Skilled in preparing journal entries and managing month-end close activities.

    • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.

    • Familiarity with fixed asset management and budgeting processes.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and internal control standards.
