A busy company in the Randolph area is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator that can work primarily remote and travel sometimes to Randolph as well as international when needed (5-10% travel yearly). In this Inside Sales Coordinator role, you will play a key part in supporting sales activities, fostering client relationships, and driving lead generation. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate travel schedules and assist Key Account Managers (KAMs) by arranging meetings with target clients to create new opportunities.
• Qualify inbound leads and collaborate with the marketing team to identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients by conducting regular check-ins, sharing product updates, and exploring new business opportunities.
• Partner with the marketing department to generate inbound leads using tools like LinkedIn and other platforms, focusing on North American markets.
• Support the preparation of client presentations by gathering insights, creating quotes, and developing 3D renders to meet specific client needs.
• Follow up with clients after sales transactions to address concerns, identify additional opportunities, and strengthen relationships.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the company’s systems to maintain data integrity and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Take a proactive approach to identifying new leads, resolving issues, and optimizing sales strategies to enhance overall efficiency.
• Assist in strategic planning for sales activities, including creating comprehensive reports and updating administrative records.

Requirements • Proven experience in lead generation and sales support, with a focus on client engagement.
• Strong ability to build and maintain well-structured relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Proficiency in creating detailed and visually appealing presentations tailored to client needs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for coordinating meetings and managing schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional post-sales support and address client concerns effectively.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging clients and collaborating with internal teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and act on new business opportunities.
