Description

Robert Half is seeking a talented New Jersey barred attorney to assist a boutique law firm with a specific commercial litigation case on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-regarded firm known for its collaborative environment and deep expertise in commercial law.

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay: $65+/hour

Role Responsibilities:

+ Conducting legal research and analysis relevant to commercial litigation matters.

+ Drafting legal documents and filings for state and federal courts, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.

+ Interacting with clients to provide updates and assist in strategy discussions.

+ Collaborating with the firm's attorneys to ensure high-quality legal representation.

Qualifications:

+ Active NJ Bar license.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.

+ Strong legal writing and research skills.

+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Immediate availability for contract work.

Requirements • Must hold active admission to the New Jersey Bar.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial litigation preferred.

• Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues.

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents for both state and federal courts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

• Experience interacting with clients and providing legal counsel.

• Admission to additional state bars is a plus.
