    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst based in Maryland. This role involves data analysis, creating reports and models, forecasting and budget processes, and financial metrics related to FP& A.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyzing large sets of data through advanced Excel to drive financial insights.

    • Implementing financial planning and analysis strategies to optimize budget processes.

    • Working with business intelligence tools such as PowerBI for data visualization and business insights.

    • Conducting in-depth financial analysis to guide decision making.

    • Collaborating with different departments and senior leadership.

    Requirements

    • Applicant must hold a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.

    • Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

    • Experience in Budget Processes is required.

    • Strong knowledge and experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) is needed.

    • Highly motivated, can work independently, and excels when needing to meet high standards.

    • Proficiency in using PowerBI for data analysis and visualization is required.
