    We are looking for a skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company’s financial strategy, providing valuable insights, and fostering collaboration across departments.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development and execution of budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

    • Collaborate with various departments, including Sales and Field Services, to deliver actionable financial analyses and recommendations.

    • Create and present detailed financial reports, including variance analyses, to executive leadership.

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation to enhance reporting and forecasting efficiency.

    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by streamlining FP& A processes and supporting organizational growth initiative

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in managing annual budgets and forecasting processes.

     

    • Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on Sales Finance.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.

    • Proficiency in financial systems, particularly NetSuite.

    • Excellent analytical and communication skills to deliver insights and recommendations.

    • Ability to foster collaboration across departments and drive process improvements.
