Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, while adhering to compliance standards and organizational policies. This position requires strong expertise in payroll systems and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

• Manage and maintain payroll records, including updates to employee information and compliance with legal requirements.

• Utilize payroll software such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian to execute payroll processes effectively.

• Administer benefits programs, including 401(k) and RRSP contributions, ensuring proper deductions and reporting.

• Generate reports using tools like Crystal Reports to assist with audits and financial reviews.

• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure payroll data aligns with financial records.

• Conduct regular audits of payroll processes to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

• Stay updated on federal and state payroll regulations to maintain compliance.

• Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems or upgrades as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

• Proficiency in payroll software systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian.

• Familiarity with accounting functions and financial reporting tools like Crystal Reports.

• Knowledge of benefits administration, including 401(k) and RRSP programs.

• Strong understanding of payroll compliance regulations and auditing practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
