    Position Overview:

    Robert Half is seeking a Managed Services Technology Advisor for our client in Eau Claire, WI. This role serves as a strategic IT advisor and client liaison, focusing on consulting, technology planning, and fostering strong customer relationships to support clients' business strategies. This is a Permanent Hire role that requires a hybrid work schedule in Eau Claire. Regular travel between Eau Claire, WI, and Duluth, MN is expected.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess clients' IT environments, advise on improvements, and present technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.

    + Collaborate with clients on long-term IT strategy, aligning initiatives with their objectives and budget.

    + Prepare and manage 3-5 year IT budgets, track renewals, and ensure timely processing.

    + Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide proactive guidance.

    + Act as a client advocate, maintaining strong relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring service continuity across practice areas.

    Requirements

    Required Skills:

    + Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    + Experience in strategic IT planning and client relationship management.

    + Solid problem-solving, prioritization, and attention to detail.

    + Highly motivated, team-oriented, and client-focused.

    Qualifications:

    + Degree in IT-related field is preferred.

    + 3+ years of experience in IT project management, leadership, or technical roles, preferably within a Managed Service Provider environment.

    + Familiarity with industry tools like Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Servers, Backup Solutions, End-User Devices, etc... is required.
