Description

We are looking for a skilled Billing Analyst to join our entertainment client in Los Angeles. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to manage billing and accounting tasks effectively. This is will be hybrid opportunity (Monday and Friday WFH) after the training period.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and submit accurate client invoices in accordance with established procedures and policies.

• Organize and format billing documentation to align with client requirements and company standards.

• Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to verify employee hours and reconcile billable services, ensuring all discrepancies are corrected.

• Follow up with studio and network clients regarding payment statuses and initiate collections as needed.

• Process purchase orders through various studio payment platforms to finalize invoice submissions.

• Record remittance details, perform reconciliations, and review job-related expenses as part of accounting duties.

• Manage accounts payable tasks to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients to support billing and accounting operations.

• Assist with resolving billing-related inquiries and discrepancies efficiently.

• Adapt to tight deadlines and occasional overtime to meet client requirements.

Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and team members.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional follow-up and client service skills.

• Flexibility to work overtime when required to meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools such as FileMaker Pro.

• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.
