Description We are looking for a Clinical Trial Disclosure & Transparency Manager to oversee global clinical trial registration and results disclosure activities in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate within a matrixed environment, engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and compliance in clinical trial operations. The role can be performed remotely, with occasional onsite presence preferred for candidates near King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute clinical trial registration and results disclosure for global studies in compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.

• Develop and maintain processes, standards, and procedures to support evolving clinical trial transparency requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trials requiring registration and ensure timely posting of results.

• Manage the clinical trial disclosure system and provide guidance to project teams on disclosure requirements.

• Support the creation and approval of lay summaries for patients and regulatory agencies in partnership with the Senior Manager.

• Ensure consistency of disclosed information across public registries, corporate websites, and medical publications.

• Provide input to enhance regulatory-compliant clinical trial disclosure processes within the organization's quality framework.

• Work with country affiliates to maintain alignment in information disclosed across various registries.

• Collect and report metrics related to clinical trial disclosure activities to support continuous improvement.

• Communicate timelines and requirements to stakeholders, including Therapeutic Area Heads, Program Directors, and Clinical Safety Physicians. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience in clinical trial operations or disclosure management within a global organization.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for clinical trial transparency and public disclosure.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.

• Proficiency in managing systems and tools related to clinical trial disclosure activities.

• Ability to develop and implement processes that align with organizational policies and quality standards.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy in reporting.

• Familiarity with public clinical trial registries and medical publication processes.
