Description
We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Administration Director join our team in North Ridgeville, Ohio. This role will involve overseeing HR operations, payroll processing, benefits administration, and office management for a growing company. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational policies and procedures. Responsibilities:
• Manage and process full-cycle payroll on a bi-monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee benefits administration, including 401(k) enrollment and employee support.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support during performance improvement plans and employee relations matters.
• Handle administrative tasks, including office management and general operational support.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and fostering open communication.
• Participate in employee separations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance during exit processes.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a productive and positive workplace environment.
• Manage direct reports and delegate tasks to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations.
• Support the company’s growth by adapting to evolving needs and taking on diverse responsibilities.

Requirements • Proven experience in human resources, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other payroll or financial software.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively within a leadership team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities in a growing organization.
• Experience managing direct reports and fostering team productivity.
