Requirements

Key Responsibilities

+ Issue purchase orders, track shipments, and verify the accuracy of orders.

+ Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues related to discrepancies or returns.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate purchase records, including invoices, delivery receipts, and payment confirmations.

+ Research and evaluate vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality in procurement.

+ Collaborate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and specifications.

+ Monitor inventory levels and alert appropriate personnel of replenishment needs.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding purchasing practices.
