We are seeking a UX Designer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UX Consulting UI UX Designs and Design (UX UI Prod/Srvc) within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of user experience and design principles to create compelling content that enhances user engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and user needs.

+ Collaborate with UX designers and consultants to create content that enhances the user experience.

+ Conduct thorough research on Property & Casualty Insurance to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

+ Write edit and proofread content for various platforms including websites apps and marketing materials.

+ Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.

+ Utilize UX principles to create content that is user-friendly and accessible.

+ Work closely with UI designers to integrate content seamlessly into the design.

+ Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.

+ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX and content design.

+ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior content writers.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets project requirements and deadlines.

+ Manage multiple content projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

+ Contribute to the overall content strategy and help shape the direction of content initiatives.

Qualifications

+ Possess a strong background in UX Consulting and UI UX Designs.

+ Have extensive experience in Design (UX UI Prod/Srvc) within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

+ Expertise in Axure RP Figma Photoshop Suite Zeplin Pendo Google Analytics.

+ Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and remediation

+ Demonstrate excellent writing editing and proofreading skills.

+ Show proficiency in creating user-centered content that enhances the overall user experience.

+ Exhibit strong research skills to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

+ Have the ability to work collaboratively with designers and other stakeholders.

+ Display strong project management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.

+ Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX and content design.

+ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

+ Maintain a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality content.

+ Show adaptability and flexibility in a hybrid work model.

+ Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Have a passion for creating content that makes a positive impact on users and the company.
