Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Event Staff in the heart of Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is situated within the bustling events industry and will require the successful candidate to perform a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of events. Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up for events to prepare for guest arrival

• Handle the registration process for event attendees to ensure smooth entry

• Provide directions to guests to facilitate easy navigation around the event venue

• Play a part in the tear-down process after events to ensure the venue is left in an orderly state

• Perform data entry duties to maintain accurate records of event attendees

• Provide high-quality customer service to guests throughout the event

• Take on various roles as needed to support the successful execution of events

• Be prepared to work outdoors as needed, depending on event requirements

• Assist in managing special and private events, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operation

• Monitor and action on event-related inquiries, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Data Entry, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Familiarity with Registration Processes, including managing guest lists and coordinating event check-ins.

• Experience in Special Event coordination, including logistics, planning and execution.

• Knowledge of managing Private Events, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and maintaining the event's exclusivity. TalentMatch®
