Description We are looking for a skilled Citrix Administrator to join our team in Dallas, Texas, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who thrives in a healthcare-focused environment and enjoys troubleshooting, designing, and implementing efficient system solutions. The position offers an opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies while contributing to the security and reliability of critical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues related to operating systems, databases, applications, and other technology systems.

• Conduct troubleshooting and recommend improvements to ensure optimal performance and high availability of data center operations.

• Support the design and implementation of system components under the guidance of managers or senior systems administrators.

• Develop and execute test plans, including recovery procedures, to ensure system reliability.

• Install and configure hardware and software, including operating systems and application systems, in alignment with established protocols.

• Provide technical assistance for Call Center incidents, ensuring timely resolution.

• Create remediation strategies for identified security vulnerabilities using established procedures.

• Respond to security incidents by preventing further loss and preserving forensic evidence.

• Stay informed about evolving technologies, industry standards, and state or federal regulations relevant to the role.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals. Requirements • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of related work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years in a technical support role within an information systems environment.

• Proficiency in managing Group Policy Objects (GPO).

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM for system configuration and management.

• Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and system tasks.

• Ability to submit to and pass a federal background investigation.

• Solid understanding of system security practices and vulnerability remediation.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in healthcare or related fields. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
