Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this long-term contract role, you will provide technical support and solutions for our financial services operations. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Android devices, Apple products, and Windows-based systems.

• Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, ensuring proper configurations and permissions.

• Support and configure Cisco and Citrix technologies to meet organizational needs.

• Diagnose and repair computer hardware, including Dell systems, to optimize performance.

• Implement and maintain backup solutions to safeguard critical data.

• Oversee configuration management processes to ensure system consistency and compliance.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance IT support strategies and improve service delivery.

• Document technical issues and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.

• Provide guidance to end-users on best practices for utilizing IT resources effectively. Requirements • Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.

• Strong knowledge of Android development and Apple device management.

• Expertise in Cisco and Citrix technologies.

• Hands-on experience with computer hardware, particularly Dell systems.

• Proficiency with Active Directory, including account management and configuration.

• Familiarity with backup technologies and data protection strategies.

• Solid understanding of configuration management tools and practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
