Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will oversee all financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of our accounting records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in bookkeeping and a passion for maintaining financial integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to maintain accurate financial records.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow statements and annual budgets.

• Utilize accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks and Great Plains, to record and manage financial data.

• Handle payroll processes, including ADP systems, to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.

• Conduct monthly and year-end closings to finalize financial records.

• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Assist with cash flow analysis to support effective financial planning.

• Collaborate with management to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including QuickBooks and Great Plains.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting principles.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for analyzing and organizing financial data.

• Familiarity with ADP systems for payroll processing.

• Ability to prepare financial reports, including budgets and cash flow analyses.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
