Description
We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst (FP& A) to join our finance team. This role will work hand in hand with Regional Financial Managers to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making to drive operational and financial efficiency across multiple clinic locations. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis and can collect and analyze data, then use it to tell financial stories and help the organization drive revenue.

Description
• Financial analysis to look for trends, variances, and provide actionable insights.
• Evaluate cost structures across multiple divisions, to help identify areas for cost-savings.
• Assist with preparing financial forecasts, reports, Ad Hoc analysis.
• Work on the annual budget process with direct with a focus on overheard budgeting.
• Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, financial statements, and financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and other data visualization platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards in the healthcare sector.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related area.
• 1-5 years of financial planning and analysis experience with progressive growth
• Creating financial models, data mining techniques, and using data to tell financial stories
• Strong business intelligence tool experience including advanced Excel, PowerBI and SQL
• Expense and profitability analysis experience
