    Description

    Position Summary : Coordinate, direct and control payroll preparation, processing, and distribution.

     

    + Process weekly payroll in accounting data bases systems (Paycom and Sage);

    + Enter equipment timesheets and timesheet corrections to payroll system;

    + Process weekly cash requirements and temp labor entries to payroll system;

    + Process Project Assignment packages (per diem, rate changes) to payroll system;

    + Process weekly 401k changes and updating to accounting data bases;

    + Assist with certified payroll entries and record keeping;

    + Assist with other Accounting/Payroll functions;

    + Assist with coverage of the reception desk on an as needed basis;

    + Additional duties as directed by management;

    Preferred Skills:
