As a Customer Marketing Specialist II at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to achieve results for Honeywell Building Management Systems (BMS) focused on the Phoenix Controls brand. You will be accountable for developing and executing customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and offering management, you will understand customer needs and develop targeted campaigns.
Your expertise in analyzing market trends and customer data will enable you to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement. In this role, you will impact the company by driving customer and dealer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Your ability to analyze customer insights, develop personalized marketing strategies, and work with cross-functional teams will result in increased market share, customer satisfaction, and long-term business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead the development and execution of demand generation campaigns for both end users and dealers, including email, social media, new product launches, and customer events
+ Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer and dealer engagement and loyalty which contribute to Honeywell’s lead-to-revenue model
+ Manage dealer communications, dealer portal and dealer enablement content
+ Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and offering management, to understand customer and dealer needs, value proposition, personas, and the customer decision journey to develop targeted marketing campaigns
+ Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement
+ Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints
+ Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to monitor and optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
+ Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
+ Work with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets

YOU MUST HAVE
+ A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles
+ Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
+ Understanding of a two-step distribution model and channel marketing strategies is a plus
