Job Description

Job Summary:
- Accountable for all aspects of customer repairs, including rentals and exchanges.
- Responsible for all aspects and coordination of PBH order management.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction by providing customers with the highest level of customer service possible.
Complementary Description
- Establishes and maintains effective professional relationships with customers through constant communication.
- Ensures Key Account Manager and Program Support Manager personnel are kept abreast of any pertinent information that is exchanged with customers in relation to PBH activities, reporting, etc.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations related to PBH, including (but not limited to) quoting, prioritization, schedule changes, planning and working closely with all pertinent departments.
- Maintain PBH log/database.
- Maintain indicators for fill rate performance/progress.
- Invoice customer based on PBH reporting/contract obligations.
- Prepares and submits quotations for all repairs (in-house and outsourced)
- Prepares status updates for each status request submitted by customers.
- Processes exchange requests.
- Processes rental/loaner requests.
- Track return of cores in accordance with contract requirements.
- Communicates accurate information in a timely manner.
- Be aware and knowledgeable of any documentation changes, SB, CMM, AD, etc. in order to communicate efficiently with internal/external customers.
- Comply with all safety, health and environmental regulations as prescribed by law, company's policies and regulations requirements.
- Other duties may be assigned, as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of relevant aviation experience.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Familiarity/knowledge of the customers related to Safran Electronics & Defense, Avionics USA.
- Strong knowledge of aviation community and requirements associated with industry.
- Proficient / Expert level – Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of professional practices, sources of information, rules and regulations that can be applied immediately.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. Persons as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. green card holder), political asylee or refugee.
