• Sr. Control Systems Engineer II

    *This is a remote position that does require 30% travel*

    What You’ll Do:

    + **Innovate and Lead:** Develop cutting-edge automation system solutions and collaborate with Project Managers to create migration roadmaps, program plans, and cost estimates. Partner with Business Development Managers to craft and deliver compelling proposals.

    + **Mentor and Guide:** Support Project Managers as the Lead Engineer, planning, scheduling, and coordinating technical aspects of projects. Mentor early-career engineers, fostering their growth and development.

    + **Client Engagement:** Participate in client meetings, addressing and resolving technical issues to ensure project success.

    + **Drive Excellence:** Ensure the project team adheres to EN Automation’s engineering processes, design tools, and best practices to optimize project performance.

    + **Document and Align:** Develop and document system requirements, test plans, and commissioning plans, ensuring alignment with control system design and development activities.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

    + Minimum of 5 years of automation and controls

    + Knowledge of multiple industry leading vendor platforms, architectures, and data communications for PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems such as, but not limited to, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Inductive Automation, Aveva/Wonderware, Emerson, and ABB.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills and regular interaction with assigned project clients and partners (both internal and external to the company)

    + Good understanding of system data collection, database management, and data analytics that support client’s business decisions
