Global Supply Chain Quality Metrics & Documentation, Senior Associate

Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Supplier Quality Programme Senior Manager, the primary scope of the role:

• Co-ordinates the documentation assistant activities to ensure compliance verification activities are completed as per the required timelines globally.

• Ensures systems and processes are in place to ensure quality technical agreements and all other supplier compliance documents and certificates are in place and within date globally

• Escalation within GSCQ where compliance verification gaps exist and establish plans to remediate, partnering closely with procurement where supplier leverage is required.

• Reports KPI’s relating to documentation compliance and identifies supplier compliance risks.

• Supports the creation of content for review at the Supply Chain Quality Monthly Review and Quarterly Management review meeting.

• Maintains the EMO Quality Manual in line with Reckitt expectations and or regulatory requirements and ensures these are deployed to the area EMO Quality teams for deployment.

• Analyses the KPI metric data for GSCQ to drive continuous quality improvement

• Monitors and reports progress on Quality Improvement Initiatives

• Drives improvements in performance and reporting through simplification and use of technologies.

The experience we're looking for

• Broad understanding of supplier management, EMO management and quality management systems

• Strong collaboration and partnership skills. Capable of working both vertically and horizontally within the organisation

• Excellent communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset and ability to facilitate change.

• Excellent risk management skills to identify and mitigate supplier risks to the business.

• Flexibility with working hours due to the different time zones associated with a global role.

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline is desirable, suitable experience will be considered

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a Health environment

• Excellent understanding of supplier and EMO quality requirements

• Excellent PC skills particularly Excel, Outlook, Word

• Experience in a GMP environment.

• Internal / External audit experience preferred
