+ **Shift/Hours:** 1st shift (start time 6:00 am)
Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the
day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the facility.
This role ensures a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
by assisting with general maintenance, space management,
equipment oversight, and vendor coordination. The ideal
candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling
multiple facility-related tasks.
Essential Duties:
• Perform general facility maintenance, including minor repairs,
cleaning, and organization.
• Assist in managing workspaces, conference rooms, and common
areas for efficiency and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance,
repairs, and supplies.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address
issues.
• Support health and safety compliance by monitoring emergency
systems and safety protocols.
• Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and workspace
reconfiguration.
• Maintain inventory of facility supplies and reorder as necessary.
• Respond to facility-related service requests from employees.
• Ensure heating, cooling, and lighting systems are functioning
properly.
• Support sustainability initiatives by managing waste reduction
and energy efficiency efforts.
Requirements:
+ 3 -5 years’ experience as a maintenance technician
+ Basic knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, Carpentry, Fabrication, Painting & Plastering and electricalmaintenance.
+ Proficiency in using facility management software, Service zone or similar (preferred).
