    Job Type - Temp to Hire

     

    Shift Hours - Flexible 8hours shift from 6am to 6pm (M-F)

     

    Pay - 26.43/HR

    Job Overview:

    We are hiring an experienced and reliable **Cook** to join our team at a local healthcare facility. If you're passionate about preparing quality meals in a fast-paced environment and have experience working as a **cook** , we want to meet you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and cook meals according to menu and dietary guidelines

    + Operate standard kitchen equipment, including grill and ovens

    + Ensure food is prepared and served at proper temperatures

    + Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and work areas

    + Follow safety and health regulations, including food handling procedures

    + Collaborate with dietary and healthcare staff to meet patient needs

    Requirements:

    + **High School Diploma or GED**

    + **Previous cook experience** required (healthcare setting preferred)

    + Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
