    Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

     

    Status: Full Time (Non-Exempt)

     

    Compensation: $18 per hour

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Summary/Objective

    The Employee is responsible for his or her Aisle along with any other job duties given by their manager. He or she will actively participate in all aspects of stocking, down stocking, and out of stock replenishment.

    Essential Functions

    + Refills empty bins and keep all bins filled for shipping associates to maintain appropriate products inventory level.

    + Reports mislabeled bins and out of stock products to lead/supervisor.

    + Stocks Shelves and helps pickers find products using their order/ picklist .

    + Ben d, kneel , squats, reaches frequently to organize, arrange, lift products to shelves on a consistent basis.

    + Scans every bin on every shelf within your designated aisle.

    + Find inventory discrepancies, location errors, and corrects as necessary.

    + Ensures that all products in your designated aisle are properly labeled and stocked; ensures the aisle is organized and clean.

    + Maintains aisles by following established sorting and stocking guidelines.

    + Helps with big orders and case quantity orders

    + Work on special projects related to over stock and other items.

    Supervisory Responsibility

     

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This job operates in a warehouse environment where the noise level can be loud. The employee is frequently exposed to fast-moving carts and employees throughout the warehouse. Every employee must respect others by not swearing or playing loud music that could disturb others.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, reaching up, and lifting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 60 pounds.

     

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

     

    This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Days and hours to be specified.

     

    Travel

     

    No travel is expected for this position.

    Required Education and Experience

    A minimum of HS Diploma or GED and one year of factory- or warehouse-related experience in receiving and stocking. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math. Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office experience are required. Must be able to use warehouse equipment such ladders, cutting tools, etc.

     

    Preferred Education and Experience

     

    Associate degree. Experience with inventory management systems and ecommerce platform.

    Work Authorization

     

    Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
