• Planning Coordinator

    System One (Monroe, NC)


    System One has an exciting opportunity for a Planning Coordinator in Monroe, NC. This is a 6 month contract supporting a specialty manufacturing company. Local candidates preferred as per diem is not offered.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Access and analyze information from all necessary applications and data sources to support planners and production control.

    + Review order supplements for changing plan orders

    + Support inventory reviews

    + Able to work independently and as part of larger collaborative team.

    + Create and issue Planner batches

    + Entering Sales Orders

    + Cross train with various product Planners

    + Support planning functions and Inter-Company Sales orders

    + Support customer status report requests

    + Support batch dating process updates

    Ideal Background

    + Associates Degree or equivalent experience.

    + 1 to 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Power Point at a minimum) required to accomplish day-to-day work activities and willingness to learn additional programs.

    + Sufficient experience learning and navigating industry specific internal applications.

    + Sufficient knowledge of company, products, objectives, and operations.

    + Oracle experience a plus.
