I. Job Summary
Develops and implements the strategic sourcing and vendor relationship strategies, essential to WM National Accounts (WMNS).
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Procures services throughout 3 rd party Vendor networks
+ Maintains and cultivates Vendor relationships.
+ Manages the selection, acquisition and monitoring of contractual agreements for service agreements for WM customers.
+ Works closely with the business and operations to understand their needs and serves as the point of contact for all purchases, deliveries and problems with products and services.
+ Responsible for resolving escalated 3 rd party vendor issues.
+ Articulates and negotiates service level agreements.
+ Develops, or assists in the development of Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposal (RFPs) and business cases.
+ Qualifies vendors and maintains an approved vendor database and tracking system.
+ Maintains contact with vendors to manage the status and quality of service and the progress toward contractual commitments.
+ Continually seeks optimal value in service from vendors, reviewing and monitoring performance and return-on-investment metrics and initiating contract modifications.
+ Cultivates, develops and maintains vendor relationships in alignment with WMNS and WM Market area strategies.
+ Pursues new vendor relationships as needed.
III. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Five years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement).

IV. Work Environment
Office: This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $105,000-$120,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
