Adecco is hiring immediately for Press Operator associates for our client in Grand Blan, M. Press Operators do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $19.00/hr., plus available overtime. We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Flexographic Print Press Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing presses, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient press operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We have openings on 2nd shift.

Requirements:

+ Previous experience operating flexographic printing equipment is preferred

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills (e.g., linear measurements)

+ Organized and goal-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency

+ Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team

+ Adaptable to change and committed to high standards of performance

+ Knowledge of press mechanics, ink systems, and gear configurations

+ Strong troubleshooting skills related to print quality issues

+ High school diploma or GED required

Key Responsibilities **:**

+ Follow all safety protocols and press operation guidelines, including attention to hazard indicators and warning labels.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace, proactively managing materials and equipment placement.

+ Set up printing jobs according to established processes and retain samples for quality traceability.

+ Collaborate closely with finishing operators to ensure zero-defect product output.

+ Alert the quality team to any nonconforming product and complete appropriate documentation for containment actions.

+ Clean tooling per manufacturer recommendations.

+ Plan jobs in advance, ensuring all materials (dies, inks, cartons, etc.) are available to minimize downtime.

+ Monitor and maintain press operation within specified performance parameters.

+ Accurately complete job paperwork including time tracking and material usage.

+ Participate in routine press maintenance to ensure ongoing safety and reliability.

+ Support lean manufacturing initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in both product and process.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
