Position Summary
RSI is recruiting for a Technical Manager – Rocky Flats who will beresponsible for management of construction and environmental characterization projects, assisting in the oversight of Site operations, development of Site statements of work, and ensuring Site activities are performed in accordance with applicable laws and LM/LMS requirements, policies, and procedures. This involves full use of Integrated Work Control Program (IWCP) and Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) while leading an integrated project team from initial project planning through close-out. Requires close coordination with key functional support, including Engineering, Environmental Compliance, Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Quality Control, Contracts and Construction. Responsible for project scope, schedule performance, resource/labor estimation, other direct costs, and project specific Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting to the Site Lead.

**FLSA:** Exempt
**Hiring Range:** $96,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.(The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant’s education, training, and experience.)
This position is required to travel 5-10% of the time and be in the field up to 10-25% of the time.
Essential** **Duties and Responsibilities
+ Support technical implementation of projects in accordance with IWCP and ISMS.
+ Lead Integrated Project Teams (Site and functional personnel) to plan and execute small to large-scale construction and maintenance projects.
+ Support QA with internal and external audits and address AIMS (issues management system) issues as needed.
+ Provide timely contribution to functional organizations for Contract Deliverables as requested.
+ Keep current with all required training.
+ Manage Records in accordance with Information Management requirements.
+ Communicate technical scope and goals to LMS management, LM Site Management, and Stakeholders.
+ Update project schedule and cost performance and develop and communicate variances.
+ Writing and reviewing technical reports and contract deliverables.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or Construction Management major or related field.
+ 15 years of relevant experience as a supervisor and project management.
Licenses and Certifications
+ Valid Driver’s License
Required Skills and Abilities
+ Knowledge and experience managing small- to large-scale construction, investigation, maintenance, and repairs, including technical oversight of subcontractors and vendors.
+ Proficient in administering project control processes using EVMS system and procedures for controlling large-scale project management.
+ Proficient with IWCP and ISMS requirements.
+ Excellent communicator, both verbally and in written form.
+ Knowledge and experience in developing project scope, schedule, resource needs, and cost.
+ Identifying and obtaining required resources and adherence to applicable regulations.

Essential Physical Requirements
Medium: Work involves moving objects by exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or an above-negligible amount and up to 10 pounds constantly. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for light work.
