ZeroSum is seeking a motivated, upwardly mobile **Sales Development Representative** to drive additional growth of our high performing sales team.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to grab the attention of key decision makers. You will share real-time market intelligence to quickly grab the attention of a prospect and secure a demo. The Sales Development Representative’s primary function will be to find potential customers who can benefit from our industry leading marketing platform. You'll be on the front line each day by leveraging the incredible intel/data in our world-class ecosystem to schedule demos. This is a sales development role where you’ll be approaching dealers via phone and email daily. We thrive in an environment of a constantly evolving/growing tech stack and being able to continually challenge what is happening around the industry.
Inside Sales - What you'll be doing:
+ Execute consistent outreach cadence of cold calling, emailing and other touch points with potential customers to generate new sales demos
+ Develop quick rapport with a prospect by leveraging pain points / market opportunities quickly identified in our real-time market platform
+ Leverage data / tools to accelerate the prospecting process
+ Secure web based demo meetings with potential customers and our Sales Executives
Inside Sales - Expectations:
+ Strong desire to learn, develop and move up within a sales organization
+ Consistently achieve activity targets
+ Represent our products and services with clear understanding and demonstration of their value
+ Challenge the industry by presenting complex ideas to dealerships and their teams
+ Report to Sales Manager with Weekly progress
+ Contribute to the knowledge and learning of your team and the rest of the organization
+ Work within HubSpot daily
Skills and experience you bring:
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
+ Excellent communication skills via phone and email
+ Inquisitive, assertive, and up for a challenge
+ Eager to work collaboratively. We’re a tight knit team across the country. We collaborate all day with cross-functional teams and all phases of the organization
+ High level of ownership for your success, as well as the team you represent
