**Facilities Management** at CU Boulder encourages applications for a **Facilities Data Specialist** ! This role will validate and analyze data to determine building-specific costs and cost drivers in collaboration with the Director and the Business Process Manager. This position also provides data to the OCC Supervisor in support of the Customer Outreach Program.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
_Data Analysis_
+ Pull reports from Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), validate financial data with FM Accounting, analyze data, and present results to Facilities Operations Planner/Schedulers, Senior Supervisors, and the Director. Based on this data, determine building specific costs and cost drivers in collaboration with the Work Process Manager. Work closely with FMIS on extracting data from Asset Works' AiM Portal and updating AiM to continue usability. Extract said data from a shared server using analytic tools such as Power Bi, Excel, and other capable software. Work with FM Accounting to verify financial data and reconcile funding issues for certain workorders. Based on the Work Process Manager's R&R schedules, develop cost projections for budgeting by building. For Preventive Maintenance (PM), provide data for PM completion rate, work status, and cost estimates versus actual costs. Works closely with the Operations Control Center (OCC) Supervisor to provide work management data to customers through the Customer Outreach Program.
_Project Support_
+ Input field asset information into CMMS, and ensure data is accurate by performing quality control checks for CMMS field asset data input. These checks will relate to formatting and process, and any other issues that involve technical complexity beyond the duties of a service dispatcher. These issues may also involve cross-referencing field asset entries to ensure they correspond to the correct equipment.
_Purchasing & Procurement_
+ May be required to assist in the processing of invoices and issuance of purchase orders per the University of Colorado System Procurement Service Center's established process.
+ Special projects as assigned on a monthly, semi-annually and/or annual basis.
What You Should Know
This position will work in a hybrid work format, with the training period being fully in-person, and a requirement to be in the office 2-3 days per week. The anticipated work schedule is Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
What We Can Offer
The salary range for this position is $66,300 - $74,839 annually.

What We Require
+ Bachelors degree in business, engineering, mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Work experience conducting data analysis and process improvement can be substituted on a year for year basis.
+ 1 year of professional experience in data analysis and process improvement within facilities management or maintenance operations.
+ Proficiency in data analytic software such as Power BI, Excel, R, or Python.
+ Experience in developing cost projections, budgeting, and analyzing historical business data.
