    Job Title: Packer

    Job Description

    We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented packer to join our team. This role involves packing products daily, performing light assembly, and loading boxes. You will work on a production line handling cold extrusion, packing, and baking tasks.

    Responsibilities

    + Pack finished goods and 'catch' finished baked goods on trays.

    + Perform cleaning duties to maintain a tidy work area.

    + Label packages accurately to ensure proper identification.

    + Operate tape machines and palletize products efficiently.

    + Engage in general labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

    + Capability to stand for 4 hours at a time.

    + Competence in following verbal instructions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED is a plus.

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.

    + Six months or more of manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is based in a clean, temperature-controlled facility equipped with sustainable solar panels. The facility is well-lit, brand new, and certified for international shipment. Enjoy working in a GMP environment with required attire including steel-toed boots, eye and ear protection, hard hats, and high visibility neon vests. The shift schedules are designed for flexibility, with day and night shifts available throughout the week.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
