Job Title: Medical Assembler
Job Description
Join a dynamic team of professionals assembling catheters in a clean room environment. Collaborate with a team of about eight members, where you will be cross-trained in multiple areas. Your role will involve using a microscope for 50% of the day and performing tasks such as bonding, gluing, cutting, manual assembly, inspection, and adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Responsibilities
+ Assemble catheters in a clean room environment.
+ Collaborate with a team and participate in cross-training across multiple areas.
+ Utilize a microscope for half of the workday.
+ Perform bonding, gluing, cutting, and manual assembly.
+ Conduct inspections and adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Essential Skills
+ Experience working in a clean room environment.
+ Proficiency in medical device assembly, particularly with catheters.
+ Ability to use a microscope effectively.
+ Familiarity with bonding, molding, braiding, coiling, and adhesive application.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 2-3 years of experience in medical assembly is required.
+ Experience with coiling, braiding, adhesives, or catheters is preferred.

Work Environment
Work within a close-knit team of about eight people, requiring personable skills. The work schedule is the first shift, 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with all overtime being optional.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
