    Job Title: Warehouse Worker

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to manage the picking, labeling, stacking, and loading of finished goods. This role involves using a variety of equipment including sit-down forklifts, manual and electric pallet jacks, and lift tables. The Warehouse Worker will also schedule pickups from carriers, communicate with various departments, and use computer software for inventory management.

    Responsibilities

    + Pick and label finished goods boxes.

    + Stack and load products on trailers and skids.

    + Operate sit-down forklifts, manual and electric pallet jacks, and lift tables.

    + Schedule pickups from carriers.

    + Navigate UPS and FedEx portals.

    + Communicate with other warehouse personnel, saw department personnel, and customer service.

    + Efficiently stage products in and out of warehouse locations.

    + Use computer software for inventory adjustments, inventory location, inventory inquiries, label production, and order transactions.

    + Read and prepare all forms and reports related to the shipment of products.

    + Communicate packaging inventory levels to the Lead.

    + Follow packaging instructions listed on job routers.

    + Participate in production department housekeeping.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    + Good written and verbal communication skills.

    + Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    + Knowledge of basic mathematics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in inventory, shipping and receiving, general production, material handling, and quality assurance.

    + Proficiency with RF scanners.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a precision CNC job shop with a fast-paced environment. The facility is air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
