    Job Title: General Laborer - Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a machine operator to join our team in a dynamic warehouse and production environment. This role involves floating to different areas as needed, ensuring smooth operations across the facility.

     

    We are seeking **detail-oriented, fast-paced individuals** for two key roles in our production process.

     

    Post Blend Operator: $20.55 (2nd shift: 3-11:30 p.m.)

     

    + Handles final production stages

    + Uses a forklift to load and mix materials in an industrial blender

    + Weighs and documents materials, including lot numbers

    + Must ensure proper material handling to prevent cross-contamination

    + Ideal for candidates with **inventory or forklift operation experience**

     

    Extrusion Operator $21.69 (2nd shift: 3-11:30 p.m.)

     

    + Operates and maintains production line (20-30 feet long)

    + Performs clean-downs, including wiping and blowing out excess material

    + Uses forklift to transport materials to Post Blend

    + **Production operation experience preferred; extrusion experience a plus**

    + Must be capable of learning **HMI/touchscreen systems**

    + Mechanical aptitude is highly valuable

    Shift and Pay:

    Post Blend - $20.55 (2nd shift - 3-11:30 p.m.)

     

    Extrusion - $21.69 (2nd shift - - 3-11:30 p.m.)

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ringgold, Georgia.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $21.69/hr.
